Before transferring money to your teen's account, you'll have to add money to your parent account.


For now, you can only do this through a wire transfer from your bank account.


To view your account details, to do this wire transfer.


  1. In your parent app, click on the "wallet" icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Add money via bank transfer.
  3. View your IBAN. 
  4. If you choose to wire transfer via your banking app: copy your IBAN number by clicking on the “double page” icon on the right of it.


You can then paste this number into your banking app and do a transfer to your parent account.


We would like to add that instant wire transfers are not accepted by the beneficiary bank.
