In the past, the PIN code of a card was sent by mail. At RISE, it's our app that generates the PIN code.


Make sure that your teen activates the card first. Once activated, you can view the PIN code from within your Parent app or your teen from their app. 


To view the PIN code from within the parent app, take the following steps.


  1. If applicable: Select the child whose PIN code you'd like to view. 
  2. Scroll to Manage.
  3. Click on Card
  4. Select View PIN code.


For security reasons, you will be asked to enter your passcode again.
