If you want to retrieve the money from your parent account.


  1. In your parent app, click on the "wallet" icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Withdraw funds.
  3. Choose an existing beneficiary, or add a new one. In the last case, add IBAN and BIC of the account to which you would like to transfer the money, also the first and last name of the account holder. 
  4. Choose the amount you which to transfer
  5. Click on Continue


Your funds have been transferred and, like any wire transfer, will arrive in your account within 2 to 3 business days.
