If you want to change your passcode, all you need to do is log out and log back in. When logging in, select “child” on the bottom of the home page and click on “I already have an account”. Enter your phone number, with which your parent invited you to join RISE. You’ll get an SMS with a verification code. Once you enter this, the next step is choosing a new passcode.
If you forgot your passcode, click on “Forgot your passcode?” when entering the app. The app will log you out. You’ll have to enter your phone number, with which your parent invited you to join RISE, again on the home page after selecting “child” on the top of the home page and clicking on “I already have an account”. You’ll get a verification code by SMS that you have to enter, then you’ll get to pick a new passcode.
