Your teen can change their PIN code in 2 different ways.
Through an ATM.
Your teen (and you) go to an ATM and follow the steps given by the machine.
Any ATM of any bank would to the job to change the PIN code.
Attention! If your teen changed their PIN code through an ATM, the new PIN code they chose will not appear in the app, for now.
Through the RISE app
Your teen can change the PIN code from their RISE app by going to the card screen and clicking on the "settings" icon in the top right corner.
They then select Change PIN code and simply follow the steps.
Please note: if your teen changes the PIN from within the app, they will have to confirm this new PIN code by making a withdrawal at an ATM.
